Emily
Roysdon is
a Los Angeles and New York-based interdisciplinary artist whose projects engage
language, gesture and memory. She is also an editor and co-founder of LTTR,
a feminist genderqueer artist collective with a flexible project oriented practice.
Roysdon's work has been shown at Artist’s Space, NY; Freedom Salon, Deitch
Projects, NY; MIT List Visual Art Centre, Cambridge; The Kitchen, NY; Art in
General, NY; Contemporary Art Centre, Vilnius, Lithuania. Roysdon completed
the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program in 2001 and an Interdisciplinary
MFA at UCLA in 2006.
