Feral Childe

Alice Wu is an artist, fashion designer, and recent Bay Area transplant, not necessarily in that order. After a decade in New York City, Alice now shuttles between Oakland and Brooklyn to continue her work as one-half of dynamic duo Feral Childe, whose fashions have been celebrated as “chunky chic” or “kinda 80s, kinda punk, but really feminine” and have appeared on the runways of NYC, Joshua Tree, Toronto, and someday Paris. When not conducting charm school class, Alice enjoys her growing collection of cacti and succulents, birding, and balancing her checkbook.

Moriah Carlson is an artist, educator, and fashion designer, not necessarily in that order. Originally from the Southwest and now based in Brooklyn, NY, Moriah is the Eastern half of the newly bi-coastal Feral Childe, whose empire extends from Park Slope to the Presidio and beyond. Between gadding about the Garment District and hopping transcontinental planes, Moriah manages a local cricket team, deconstructs Fassbinder films, and bets on motocross.
