- a series of curving redwood walls direct the car as it pulls in, as you enter the front garden, as you enter the front porch, as you enter the front door

- a new glass room facing the hollywood and the ocean beyond extends to become an outdoor room

- a new cedar lined bath is the secludedspace that inhabits the negative space of the curving entry wall
