(25 billion dollars  worth of paintings), POWER! (&#8216;charitable&#8217; foundations, governors and  mayors), TOURISM! (the ultimate Impressionist block-buster show), and  ART! (that became too valuable for it&#8217;s own good, and well beyond what  it&#8217;s original owner could have anticipated when he tried to control it  after his death with a will that was gradually ignored by the civic  powers that be) that makes easy targets of the various shady characters who declined to be interviewed &#8211; GUILTY!
