…last night (the first of many to come this summer) was the highlight of Edible Estate installation weekend, as John Schoenherr fired up his new front yard wood-fired oven while the last of the plants were hitting the dirt and briefed us on the logistics of rolling out and preparing our own pizzas for the fire.
