Matan’s crops and greenhouse where he is selecting some starts for our garden in Holon

…meaning “Matan the gardener” in Hebrew, is the super cool gardener, nursery owner, organic food garden activist/facilitator who we traveled 30 minutes north of Tel Aviv to visit today – conducting a video interview with him about the historic and current conditions of Israeli urban food production and gathering plants for  Edible Estate #13 in Holon to be planted on Sunday and Monday.
